EagleVail Golf Club is a surprisingly tricky 18-hole course in neighboring Eagle Vail. The infamous 10th hole, a par-3 with a 150-foot downhill tee shot over water, is a test for golfers of all skill levels. Bobby has played here numerous times with friends and can confirm its challenging!

The Colorado Rockies are home to 58 "14ers" or summits over 14,000', and one of Sarah's favorites is Mt. Massive near Leadville. It holds a special place in her heart as it was one of her first pup, Osa's, last big adventures. Mt. Massive clocks in at 14,429' above sea level.

Ask Bobby's brother, David, our resident mountaineering expert, about 14ers and how many he has summited to date!

Eat, drink, & be merry
Serving up delicious German-Austrian cuisine, Alpenrose is a lovely spot for lunch or dinner. A favorite of Bobby and Sarah, who spent a Valentine's dinner there over käsefondue and fresh-baked pretzels.

A sports bar in nearby Avon, Bob's Place is a favorite for great wings, cold pitchers of beer, and sports on all TVs. Decor includes framed pictures of famous Bobs. I wonder why the couple likes it? Bridesmaid and groomsman, Hannah and Chris Potts, recommend getting the wings fried and then re-grilled.

"Garf's" captures the classic ‘90s Vail vibe, with a laid-back patio that’s perfect for putting your feet up after a day on the slopes or trails.

il Mago is a fantastic pizza spot in Edwards, not far from the Corboy's mountain house. It’s a newer favorite for Bobby and Sarah, and it definitely passes muster with their resident pizza aficionado, sister-of-the-groom and bridesmaid, Lauren. With delicious, expertly made sourdough pizzas, it’s a go-to spot for a great meal in the area. Be warned, il Mago doesn't take reservations but the food is worth it.

Even though there are tons of coffee spots, Bobby and Sarah always wind up at Two Arrows! They have great coffee, light breakfast treats, and cocktails. Ask brother-of-the-groom Kevin about his favorite libation.

The couple's favorite spot for a beer in the Vail Valley, "VBC" is known for great vibes and its unbeatable Gore Range IPA. They have two locations - one in Vail Village and one in Avon.
